Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our established urology practice. As an integral member of our team, you will work alongside a renowned urologist, providing exceptional care to patients and performing office-based urological procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, evaluations, and follow-ups to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform office-based urological procedures with training provided as needed.
- Collaborate with the urologist to implement effective treatment plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Travel between our practice locations in Willingboro and Salem, NJ
Schedule and Location:
- A Monday-to-Friday daytime schedule is standard, with flexibility for a 4-day workweek considered.
Requirements:
- Holding an active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey is mandatory.
- Prior experience as an advanced practice provider is required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
