Job Title: Immigration Paralegal

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Immigration Paralegal to support our attorneys in managing employment based immigration cases. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and empathy while preparing filings, communicating with clients, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. This role is critical in helping clients navigate complex immigration processes, including family-based, employment-based, and humanitarian cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and file USCIS forms (e.g., I-130, I-485, H-1B, N-400, Asylum applications).
Conduct client interviews to gather documentation and case details.
Maintain organized electronic and physical case files, ensuring confidentiality.
Monitor case statuses via online portals and follow up with government agencies.
Assist attorneys with legal research on immigration laws, policies, and precedents.
Draft motions, affidavits, and client correspondence.
Communicate with clients, government agencies (USCIS, DHS), and stakeholders.
Track deadlines for filings, hearings, and appointments.
Attend client meetings, hearings, or USCIS interviews as needed.
Stay updated on changing immigration laws and procedures.
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree; Paralegal Certificate preferred.
5 years of immigration paralegal experience.
Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of USCIS protocols and procedures.
Ability to manage high-volume caseloads under deadlines.
Discretion in handling sensitive information.

Pay: $70,388.00 - $78,633.00 per year
