What are the responsibilities and job description for the Support Desk Analyst – French/Spanish position at Alpha Net Consulting LLC?
What You’ll Do:
- Help users with problems like login issues, software errors, or connectivity troubles
- Respond to support requests via chat, email, and phone in French, Spanish, and English
- Log and track support tickets using our helpdesk system
- Reset passwords, create accounts, and assist with access requests
- Escalate more complex issues to the technical team
- Keep clear records of issues and solutions
- Share ideas to improve our support processes
What You Need:
- Fluent in French, Spanish, and English
- 1 year of experience in IT support or helpdesk (or similar)
- Comfortable using Windows, Office 365, and remote support tools
- Good communication skills and a calm, friendly attitude
- Organized and able to multitask
Nice to Have:
- Experience with tools like Active Directory, Jira, or ServiceNow
- Basic knowledge of networking or cloud tools
- Any IT support certifications (like CompTIA A or ITIL)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
