Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Customer Support Associate to provide expert assistance to customers facing technical issues with our products or services. In this role, you will serve as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical inquiries, ensuring an exceptional customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, offering assistance with troubleshooting technical issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software-related problems, ensuring a prompt resolution.
- Guide customers through the setup and installation of products, offering step-by-step instructions as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex technical issues for further investigation and resolution.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of technical concepts to non-technical customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on new technologies and software updates.
- Provide feedback and insights to the product development team to help improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a technical support role or customer service with a focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of technology and software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems or CRM tools is a plus.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
