We are a tech startup looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator to support our CEO and manager while ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and has strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and manager, including scheduling, email management and coordinating meetings.
- Oversee office operations, ensuring the workspace is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Run errands as needed (a personal vehicle is required).
- Assist with organizing company events, travel arrangement and special projects (experience with Tradeshows is a plus).
- Maintain office documentation, records and correspondence.
- Act as a point of contact for vendors, clients and employees regarding office needs.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Experience using G-Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs) is a plus
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or related field is nice to have.
- Bilingual preferred: English is required; Spanish is a plus
- Valid Driver's License
