What are the responsibilities and job description for the Siding Administrator position at Alpha Omega Construction Group Inc?
Job Summary: Has knowledge to place orders, track and schedule siding repairs, materials and jobs. This position tracks unfinished jobs and reschedules them accordingly.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Updates records including builders records.
- Communicates professionally and efficiently with field managers, suppliers, builders, and co-workers.
- Provides follow up and status update as requested by management.
- Completes material fill in orders.
- Completes return material request orders.
- Tracks credit card payments.
- Adjusts purchase order materials.
- Updates and keeps track of VPO requests from builders.
- Updates and tracks current material back orders.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow directions.
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent team player.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 1 year of experience in office or construction industry preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend and perform some travel.
