Description
Job Summary: The Warranty & Service Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all warranty and repair jobs of the Production Roofing department. This position manages all warranty and repair jobs from beginning to close.
Essential Duties:
- Receive and respond to warranty and repair requests uploaded to Zoho in a timely fashion.
- Inspect roofs to determine necessary repairs.
- Assign best qualified Repair Technician or subcontractor crew to repairs
- Create and maintain relationship with homeowners/builder to provide exceptional customer experience.
- Supervise subcontractor on repair jobs.
- Work with production team to ensure profitable job outcome.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of residential roofing systems
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure
- Ability to abide by strict deadlines
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to communicate with diverse groups of people
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma/ General Education Diploma Required
- 3 years of roofing experience, preferably in a supervisory position
- Valid Driver’s License
- Customer Service Experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
