Job Description
We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Developer with experience in the aviation or aerospace industry to join our team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, applying appropriate methods and industry best practices. Your role will involve conducting UX research, designing and prototyping user interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Figma and experience designing for iOS and Android native applications are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Apply end-to-end design processes and appropriate methodologies.
- Adhere to existing industry UX/UI best practices.
- Conduct UX research methods such as user interviews and usability testing.
- Design and prototype software user interfaces.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Figma.
- Design for iOS and Android native applications.
- Design web applications.
- Effectively communicate UX and design choices to cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with Product Owners (POs) to align UX work deliverables with the product development schedule.
- Prioritize and align assigned statements of work within the product team's workflow.
- Ensure compliance with company branding, design guidelines, and operational practices.
- Proactively monitor the UX production schedule and report any shifts or changes that could impact the overall timeline.
- Provide design trade-offs to meet team workflow and work product goals.
