Alpha Omega Consulting Inc. is looking to add a full time QIDP to our team in our Lincoln area. Our company has been providing residential supports to adults with disabilities for over 45 years and are looking to add a motivated leader to our growing team. The QIDP position requires the following experience:
- Preferred but not required: Prior experience working within an ICF-DD or CILA settings.
- Required: Managerial experience within a 24-hour setting.
- Multi-site experience is preferred but not required
- Scheduling experience (10 employees)
- Working with adults and/or kids with intellectual disabilities
- Familiarity working with a multidisciplinary team: (BCBA, Physicians, Nursing personnel, guardians, psychiatrists, healthcare specialists, ISSA personnel, etc.)

Job duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure assigned company locations maintain required staffing hours
- Assist and review of assigned locations weekly schedules
- Review of assigned locations payroll
- Review expense sheets for all assigned locations
- Ensure that home site maintenance needs are reported in a timely manner.
- Ensure that home site vehicle maintenance needs are reported in a timely manner.
- Meet with prospective clients for tours of home sites.
- Completion of admission process for new clients at assigned home sites.
- Organization of each assigned home site client and personnel documentation.
- Coordinate with nursing personnel to ensure client medication administration process is complete on a continual and monthly basis.
- Responsible for all assigned home sites are in continued compliance with State of Illinois DHS CILA standards (Rule 115 and Rule 116)
- Responsible for investigation for incident/accidents for assigned home sites.
- Responsible for reporting of alleged incidents of abuse or neglect (Rule 50 requirements).
- Ensure client objectives, implementation strategies personal plans, behavior plans are implemented and documented at all times within each assigned home site.
- Provide ongoing training to employees on client plans, company policy and job requirements.
- Participate in company on call program for assigned company locations.
Education/Licenses:
- Bachelor's degree in related field - (Preferred)
- 5 Years of experience within Long Term Care Setting (Preferred)
- QIDP/QMRP Certification - (Preferred, Paid Training available)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
