We are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry, particularly with a background in working with general contractors. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the project management team and ensuring the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in all phases of the construction projects
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of project documentation, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, meeting minutes and change orders.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining project files and records.
- Help in the preparation of project reports and update project stakeholders on milestones, timelines, and risks.
- Collaborate with project managers to solve problems and remove project barriers.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in construction project coordination, with preference given to candidates with experience working with a general contractor.
- Familiarity with cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management of construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, schedules, contracts.
- Excellent communication, strong organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Procore, Dropbox and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
