WHAT WE DO:

-Alpha Omega Personal Fitness brings the results to our clients by training them in their homes, neighborhood/apartment gyms, and even at parks and the beach using minimal equipment.

-We deliver custom programs and outstanding service and dedication to our clients to deliver great results and keep them coming back for more.

WHAT WE'RE NOT:

-A side job. We're looking for passionate fitness professionals who are serious about pursuing a career in training and are committed to their work. This is not for those seeking short-term or seasonal jobs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

-Craft, deliver and instruct safe, custom programs to clients at the location of their choosing.

-Track client progress

-Provide excellent service and care/attention to detail; ensure correct form and principles in training when working with different/special populations (older, youth, previous injuries or medical conditions)

-Safe travel from location to location

-Able to coach, motivate and inspire members at every stage of their fitness journey

-Talk to prospects, generate new potential clients, conduct consultations, and getting client sign ups

-Assisting with marketing; participating in events, handing out flyers, working with social media, etc.

-Selling training to clients as well as reaching out and following up with leads/inquiries

-Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing, walking, and driving.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

-Professional/recognized Personal Training Certification or degree is required.

-NASM Certification is preferred.

-Must be CPR certified.

-Previous experience in the field is preferred, but not required.

-Honest, personable, and trustworthy individuals who are passionate about helping people. Must have good people skills.

-Highly motivated individuals who work hard and want freedom in their career

-Be teachable and willing to improve on a daily basis in business acumen, professional knowledge, and communication skills.

-Be proactive and professional. Be on time to clients, get tasks done on your own with the direction provided.

-Be able to learn and use software

-Those who identify more as a Fitness Professional than simply a Personal Trainer

-You are not currently living in Jacksonville, FL. We will not pay for relocation and are looking to hire now

-You do not currently hold a nationally recognized certification in personal training (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM) or a degree in biomechanics, kinesiology, or exercise science.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $70.00 per hour
