As Senior Staff Test Engineer you will work with Design, Product and Applications Engineers to develop new power ICs. As an individual contributor with minimal supervision you will be responsible for ATE hardware development, test software development, data analysis, and performing root cause analysis.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Develop multi-site ATE(ETS88/ETS800/ACCO) test hardware and software to release to production.
- Run temperature characterization
- Data analysis
- Help production resolve issues
Qualifications (academic, experience, skills, etc.):
- Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering
- Experience with schematic software such as ORCAD or Allegro
- Experience with Teradyne Eagle Systems (ETS88/ETS364/ETS800) or ACCO tester preferred
- Experience with testing PWM controller, DRMOS/SPS and EFUSE preferred
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently as well as with teams
