About Us:

We are a Greek paraphernalia and promotional items embroidery retail store, specializing in custom apparel and accessories for fraternities, sororities, and organizations. Our business includes a brick-and-mortar store, an e-commerce platform, and vendor sales at fraternity and sorority conventions and conferences.

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves assisting customers, managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining the sales floor. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and passionate about a good customer service shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, providing product recommendations based on their needs.
• Process sales transactions using the register and point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Manage inventory by restocking, organizing, and maintaining accurate product counts.
• Assist in merchandising and display setups to enhance the in-store shopping experience.
• Take custom orders and communicate details to the embroidery production team.
• Support the team during vendor events by setting up displays and engaging with customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.

Qualifications:

• Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash/card transactions.
• Familiarity with Greek organizations and their paraphernalia is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move boxes of merchandise when needed.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some travel for vendor events.

Work Schedule:

• Store hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 11 AM - 6 PM
• Flexible scheduling available for part-time employees

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
