What You'll Do:

Oversee Production Operations:

Lead and coordinate our production process to ensure every project is executed with precision and care—from onsite consultation through project execution and final walkthrough.

Enhance Customer Communication:

Maintain a seamless, intentional flow of communication with our clients, ensuring they feel valued and informed at every stage.

Implement & Improve Processes:

Work alongside our founders to uphold and enhance robust processes and systems, ensuring consistency and quality in every project.

Leverage Technology:

Utilize innovative tools and systems to streamline operations and support our commitment to an exceptional client experience.

Foster a Collaborative Culture:

Champion teamwork and accountability, helping to build a supportive environment where every team member is dedicated to our core values.

Who You Are:

Experienced:

You have a solid background in production management, preferably in painting, construction, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
