A fast-growing paving company is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator with previous experience in the high-paced construction industry. The Project Administrator is to assist and support the Public Works Project Management team in performing administrative functions of the municipal project management.

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards
- Proficiency in construction documents and contract interpretation is a strong plus
- Knowledge of project management principles and software
- Proficiency in MS Office (strong Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Pro
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Ability to multitask and learn new skills
Education and Experience:
- 2 years of experience performing similar work and/or a college degree in a related field of study are strongly preferred
