Overview
A fast-growing paving company, backed up by a PE group, is looking for a deadline-driven Accounting Manager with previous experience in the high-paced construction industry to assist with regional accounting functions. The position reports directly to the Regional CFO. The Accounting Manager will assist with managing AP, AR, and cash functions. The position is to assist with month and year end close and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, preparation of the financial statements for annual Audit review, and other ad-hoc senior level accounting functions.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities:
· 5 years of GL accounting is required.
· 3 years of CE&A industry experience is required.
· MS Office Proficiency is required.
· Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline is required.
· Proficiency in NetSuite accounting software is preferred.
· Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask.
· Must demonstrate strong analytical and time management skills.
