Schedule is Monday – Friday 8a – 5p. Training will be onsite in Fort Wayne for the first couple of weeks and then the position will be mostly remote.
Summary :
The LMS Support Assistant provides data entry and technical support to the LMS Administrator. Responsibilities include roster entry, scheduling classes, generating reports, responding to emails, password resets, and basic database maintenance. Proficiency with LMS functionality and strong organizational skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Enter data, schedule classes, and generate reports.
- Respond to inquiries, reset passwords, and troubleshoot LMS issues.
- Maintain database accuracy and support system updates.
- Collaborate with the LMS Administrator to resolve issues and improve workflows.
