What are the responsibilities and job description for the Virginia Unarmed Security Guard position at Alpha Security Inc?
Full-time Virginia licensed guard needed:
Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. Obtains help by sounding alarms. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers. Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; obtaining signatures. Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls. Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
SUPERVISORY MINIMUM EXPERIENCE OF 5 YEARS
MUST have excellent customer service.
MUST be willing to work ASAP.
MUST have reliable transportation.
MUST be capable of patrolling every 45 minutes.
MUST be capable of walking up and down flights of stairs.
MUST possess a Virginia issued Unarmed Security License (DCJS)
MUST be able to pass rigorous background check
MUST be CPR, AED and First Aid Certified
