What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oracle Practice Sales Head position at Alpha Silicon?
Role - Oracle Practice - Sales head
FTE candidate
Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, Chicago, IL or New Jersey
Target - Oversight to US Sales and direct quota for MFG and ENU verticals to tune of $50m EN and NN business. Generating $100m pipeline through Oracle and hunting efforts every quarter.
Location - could be Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, Chicago, IL or New Jersey as a preference.
Must be willing to travel extensively.
Here are some key points :
· Responsible for Oracle Cloud Transformation, Managed Services, Consolidation, Migration, Upgrade Sales for key verticals such as Manufacturing in Americas.
· Direct sales responsibility of $30 m TCV order booking in addition to overall Practice OB, Revenue goals.
· Managing Oracle interactions to generate pipeline required to generate sales
· Create differentiators and strategy to drive growth so as to double the business in 3 years
· Support program start and any critical escalations from client on Solutions and Delivery in working alongside offshore based teams.
· Experience in IT services in managing ERP and specifically Oracle cloud portfolio will be critical.
· Direct connect with Oracle and potential clients will be useful
· Is VP level role but if I get a big junior and a level below, I am ok. In that case we will dilute point 2 above and make her responsible for her direct OB for specific verticals in US
· Must have handled Oracle Cloud transformations on sales/presales or delivery.
