Front office Coordinator
We are a Tax and Accounting firm in Encino, CA.
The candidate will manage office flow, oversee the front desk/ reception area.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones and emails
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing appropriately
- Filing and processing
- Scanning and sorting
- Outgoing and incoming mail
- Check faxes daily
- Bank deposits
- Order and stock supplies as needed
- Billing & applying payments
- Support other staff members
