Essential Job Functions – Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, fax, and email
- Process customer orders for parts and service
- Create and distribute quotations of parts and service
- Invoice parts and service orders
- Track customer calls, complaints, orders, & shipments
- Follow up on past due customer orders and manage delivery expectations
- Support Field Service Engineers with service visits, spare parts inventory, and quoting
- Spare parts inventory management
- Update and maintain CRM and ERP database
Education – Experience – Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1-3 years customer service experience
- Must possess a strong customer orientation
- Must be extremely detail oriented
- Must possess strong time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
- English language required
- Bilingual or proficient in Spanish a plus
