Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled RV-10 Mechanic to join our team and complete an ongoing RV-10 aircraft build. The project is approximately 85% complete, and we need an experienced professional to finish the assembly, perform maintenance, and ensure the aircraft meets all safety and regulatory standards. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for experimental aviation.
Key Responsibilities:
Finalize the assembly of an RV-10 aircraft (currently 85% complete).
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting during the build process.
Perform repairs and modifications as needed.
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
Document all work performed in accordance with industry standards.
Requirements:
Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License if possible
Inspector Authorization (IA) highly preferred. But not needed
Experience working with RV-10 aircraft or similar experimental aircraft.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
