In This Role, You Will:
- Utilize CRM/SaaS systems to facilitate strong customer service and client relationships.
- Address customer inquiries with a focus on retention and effective issue resolution.
- Support the daily flow of team operations, provide guidance to new team members, and contribute to a collaborative atmosphere.
- Participate in ongoing training initiatives covering marketing, leadership principles, and business acumen.
- Attend business meetings and engage in continuous professional development.
We're Interested In Individuals With:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service and/or leadership.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to professional growth.
- The potential to lead and engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
