As a pivotal member of our team, you'll be entrusted with the responsibility of reclaiming vehicles and collateral from delinquent customers using top-notch wreckers.

This position is a W2 role; we supply the truck and all necessary equipment.

Our ideal candidate is someone who relishes spending their entire shift on the road, fueled by a passion for driving and adventure. Previous experience in roles such as Lube Technicians, Car Wash Attendants, Valets, Dealer Lot Attendants, Auto Glass Technicians, Auto Detailers, and Tire Technicians has proven to be a strong foundation for success in this position.

Location and Requirements:

We're currently seeking a reliable candidate for our East Phoenix location, which includes Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Etc. A valid driver's license is necessary, and a CDL A is preferred.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in auto-loader towing, preferably in flatbed towing
• Flexibility in work schedule, including nights
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Knowledge of different types of cars and familiarity with the city
• Basic computer skills (internet, Outlook, Word, Excel, web-based skip trace tools)
• Clean MVR driving record and valid driver's license
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and customer service skills
• Capability to handle difficult situations professionally

Salary : $50,000 - $85,000
