Job Type: Full-time (Day Shift Available, 6:00am - 2:00pm)

At Alpha Transport Inc., we take pride in being one of the largest petroleum transporters in the Western U.S. To keep our fleet running safely and efficiently, we operate a state-of-the-art, heated 4-bay enclosed shop, a drive-through wash bay, and a fully equipped tire room.
We’re looking for a skilled and safety-focused Truck & Trailer Mechanic to maintain, diagnose, and repair our fleet of fuel-hauling trucks and trailers. What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose & Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on fuel-hauling trucks and trailers.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance to keep equipment in peak condition.
- Conduct Major & Minor Repairs, including brake systems, suspension, tires, air, and electrical systems.
- Handle Minor Diesel Engine Repairs and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain an Organized Work Area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Team to ensure timely repairs and minimize downtime.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Truck & Trailer Maintenance (fuel tanker experience a plus!).
- Valid Driver’s License (CDL preferred but not required).
- Own Basic Tools to perform job functions.
- Basic Computer Skills to log work and complete reports.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Welding Experience (a plus but not required).
- Safety-Oriented Mindset with attention to detail.

Please Note: We offer overtime, but do not pay overtime pay.
Salary : $50,000 - $72,800
