Job Description:
As a Lead Wrap Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of vinyl wraps on vehicles and other surfaces. Your expertise will ensure that all installations meet the highest standards of quality and precision. You will be the go-to person for guiding and mentoring other installers, ensuring every project is completed efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation of vehicle wraps, wall murals, floor graphics, and other large-scale installations.
- Prepare and apply vinyl wraps to various surfaces, ensuring a flawless finish.
- Supervise and train junior installers, providing hands-on guidance when needed.
- Inspect and troubleshoot installations to ensure the highest level of quality control.
- Manage and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring everything is in proper working condition.
- Collaborate with the project manager to plan and execute wrap installations based on customer specifications and deadlines.
- Ensure a clean, organized work environment and adhere to safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a vehicle wrap installer, with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Strong understanding of vinyl installation techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to handle large-scale installations and intricate designs.
- Leadership experience, with a focus on mentoring and team development.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation..

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
