Position: Experienced Automotive Window Tint Installer
Pay: Based Upon Experience, will discuss if selected for position
Location: 3625 Kashmir Way SE, Salem, OR 97317
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (hours may change)
Job Type: Full-Time (40hrs/wk)
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year experience in automotive window tinting
- Window tinting experience that includes a thorough understanding of different types of films and application techniques
- Clean, precise installation with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
- Excellent Customer Service
- Ability to manage your time efficiently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail, precision in measuring and cutting film
- Good Attitude
- Someone who takes pride in their work
- Strong manual dexterity and steady hand for precise application
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers
- Knowledge of vehicle makes and models
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in PPF or vinyl wraps
- Familiarity with plotter/cutting software (i.e. VersaWorks or other plotting machines)
