Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry with a strong attention to detail.
- Track and monitor shipments using TMS systems.
- Serve as a liaison between the operations team, carriers, and sometimes customers.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure timely deliveries and issue resolution.
- Make and receive phone calls related to logistics coordination.
- Assist the logistics operations team with daily tasks.
- Identify and resolve logistical challenges using problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- College education preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with TMS systems or logistics software is a plus but not required.
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service is beneficial but not required—we provide training!
