Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry with a strong attention to detail.
• Track and monitor shipments using TMS systems.
• Serve as a liaison between the operations team, carriers, and sometimes customers.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure timely deliveries and issue resolution.
• Make and receive phone calls related to logistics coordination.
• Assist the logistics operations team with daily tasks.
• Identify and resolve logistical challenges using problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• College education preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with TMS systems or logistics software is a plus but not required.
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service is beneficial but not required—we provide training!
