Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Client Strategy
- Develop and present customized financial plans addressing investment management, tax optimization, insurance, estate planning, and retirement strategies.
- Continuously monitor, update, and adjust financial plans to align with clients’ evolving needs and life changes.
- Provide investment guidance based on market trends and client risk tolerance, helping them build and maintain balanced, growth-oriented portfolios.
- Educate clients on financial principles, wealth management strategies, and risk mitigation to empower them in their financial decision-making.
- Ensure all financial planning activities comply with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and ethical guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and client financial profiles for compliance and risk assessment.
- Work alongside financial advisors, tax specialists, estate planners, and insurance professionals to develop integrated financial solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through networking, client events, and educational workshops.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement, deepen relationships, and expand financial service offerings.
- 5 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required (CFA, CPA, ChFC a plus).
- Strong knowledge of estate planning, tax strategies, and retirement planning.
- Proficiency in financial planning software (preferably Right Capital) and CRM systems (Redtail preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a client-first approach.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
