We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Advertising Coordinator to join our team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate is organized, deadline-driven, and possesses strong communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of advertising strategies and campaigns
Coordinate with creative, media, and account teams to ensure projects align with client goals
Monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently
Manage vendor relationships and production schedules
Compile and present campaign performance reports and recommendations
Conduct market research and gather insights to improve campaign effectiveness
Maintain organized records of campaign assets, schedules, and approvals
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in an advertising or marketing role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools is a plus
