We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Advertising Coordinator to join our growing team. This role plays a vital part in supporting our advertising campaigns, managing project timelines, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and passionate about advertising strategies and execution.
Responsibilities
Coordinate advertising campaigns from development to execution
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors
Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and performance reports
Monitor the progress of campaigns and troubleshoot issues as needed
Ensure consistency and quality across all advertising materials
Support the advertising team with research and data organization
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in advertising, marketing coordination, or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of project management tools is a plus
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
