Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Call Center Agent to join our customer support team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide assistance to customers, and ensure a seamless service experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner

  • Assist customers by providing information and resolving inquiries

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Follow company guidelines to ensure high-quality service delivery

  • Work closely with team members to improve customer support processes

  • Meet performance goals and customer service standards

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

  • Stay updated on company policies, products, and services

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in computer systems and data entry

  • High level of professionalism and patience when handling customer concerns

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
