Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay updates, announcements, and critical information to clients and partners.
- Develop and deliver presentations and reports as needed.
- Assist in planning and executing communication strategies to support company initiatives.
- Address and resolve stakeholder concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of communication activities.
- Support crisis communication efforts if needed.
Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
