The Communications Coordinator will be responsible for managing and improving internal and external communications for Bela Brand Bat. This role will focus on creating and distributing press releases, assisting with corporate communications strategies, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communication channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications, exceptional writing skills, and a keen ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and distribute press releases, company announcements, and newsletters.
- Coordinate internal communications, ensuring key messages are aligned with company goals.
- Work closely with senior management to craft strategic communication plans.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and public perception of the brand.
- Support content creation for marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all communications platforms.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in media relations is a plus.
