About the Role
Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This dual-function role combines accurate data management with exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain client and business information in company databases.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate and timely information.
- Problem Solving: Resolve client issues by identifying solutions or escalating to the appropriate department.
- Record Management: Organize and maintain files and records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Order Processing: Assist with order placement, tracking, and follow-up to meet client expectations.
- Reporting: Generate reports on data and customer interactions as needed.
