The Entry Level Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing information about our products and services. Job: On site - Jersey City, NJ
Pay Range: $18.00 - $28.00 hourly
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and account issues.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying the problem and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and quality service delivery.

Qualifications
