In this role, you will support the planning and execution of a variety of events, from corporate gatherings to public showcases. Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating events, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics.
• Support on-site event operations, such as setup, registration, and attendee assistance.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and sponsors to ensure event requirements are met.
• Conduct research and outreach to source vendors, venues, and entertainment options.
• Track budgets, timelines, and project milestones.
• Help with marketing initiatives to promote events and boost attendance.
• Provide administrative support to the events team as needed.

Qualifications

Skills Required:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Prior experience in event coordination or project management is advantageous.
