Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Assistant to support our team in planning and executing successful events. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering seamless event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating events from start to finish.
- Coordinate event materials, signage, and promotional items.
- Assist with guest lists, RSVPs, and on-site registration.
- Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Help manage budgets, invoices, and expense tracking.
- Provide on-site support during events, including setup, coordination, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in post-event activities, including reporting, feedback collection, and wrap-up tasks.
- Ensure all events align with brand guidelines and company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
