We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our team in New Orleans. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that align with our clients’ branding and business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in event logistics, vendor coordination, and budget management.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute corporate events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure seamless event execution
- Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans
- Oversee event setup, operations, and breakdown
- Ensure all branding elements are executed according to client specifications
- Manage permits, contracts, and compliance requirements
- Monitor event success and provide post-event reports and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to align event strategy with brand objectives
Qualifications
