Job Description:

We are urgently seeking energetic and reliable Event Staff to assist with upcoming events in Cincinnati. As part of the Event Staff team, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of events by providing support in setup, execution, and teardown. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Salary Range: $17.50- $28.00 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, displays, and decorations.
• Greet guests and provide assistance as needed to ensure a positive experience.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the event space.
• Support event coordinators and other staff with logistical tasks during the event.
• Provide information and directions to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Assist in managing crowd flow and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift moderate loads (up to 25 lbs).
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset.
