In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, assisting with account management, and contributing to the success of our sales and business development efforts. Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and nurturing client accounts
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Prepare and present reports and proposals to clients
Support senior account representatives with administrative tasks and project management
Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system
Assist in resolving client concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet company objectives
Participate in meetings and strategy sessions to improve account management processes
Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
