Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with the management team to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing initiatives. This role involves coordinating events, creating marketing materials, and ensuring that campaigns align with the company’s objectives.

Location: Birmingham, AL

Pay: $51.000 - $62.500 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote Veritas Recruiters’ services.
• Develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Coordinate logistics for marketing events, including job fairs, client presentations, and networking opportunities.
• Manage internal communication efforts to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities to enhance marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with team members to track campaign performance and create reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
