Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily office operations
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring functionality and availability
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and executives
Handle administrative tasks, including document management and record-keeping
Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
Support HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and implement solutions
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
