Signal Tru Brand is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support executive-level operations. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the executive team
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
Assist with project management and ensure deadlines are met
Organize and maintain files, records, and office systems
Support daily administrative tasks and ad hoc requests
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Perform personal errands and other assigned tasks as needed
Qualifications
Requirements & Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred
