Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support senior-level staff with daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle confidential information with discretion
Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and documentation
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and email management
Run errands and assist with personal tasks as needed
Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of executives
Monitor deadlines and provide reminders
