After School Group Leader Substitute-Part-Time - Newport, CA

Location: Newport-Mesa Area Elementary Schools

Schedule: On call or provide your availability - Program is Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 6 pm -No weekends!

Pay & Benefits:

• $22-$25/hour (pay is based on education and experience)
• Employee referral program - up to $150 for every successful new hire you refer

Here's what you'll need:

• Must have at least 48 credit hours completed towards a degree (or an associates)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll be trained to do the following:

• Lead a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
• Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.
