Full-Time Director -Oxnard, CA

Bilingual (English / Spanish)

Location : Oxnard, CA Elementary Schools

Schedule : Must be available Monday - Friday- No weekends!

Here's what you'll need :

Bilingual (English / Spanish)

Must have 48 college credit hours

CPR certification

Be able to get finger printed ASAP!

Have experience in pre-k / Tk.

Must be at least 21 years old

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs

Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations

Pay & Benefits :

26 an hour

As an AlphaBEST Program Director, you'll be trained to do the following :

Lead a fun and dedicated team of professionals to deliver the highest quality care, learning, and excitement to our children.

Train AlphaBEST staff on how to nurture children and ignite their sense of wonder.

Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered.

Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.
