Salary: $15.00

At AlphaBEST, our students are filled with curiosity and wonder! As their guide, you'll lead them through fun learning activities, with plenty of support and training.
Location: Elementary & Middle schools within Norman Public Schools
Schedule: We operate Monday - Friday (no weekends!). Before-school hours are approximately 6:15 am - 7:50 am and after-school hours are approximately 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm.

As an AlphaBEST Guide, you'll be trained and have the chance to do the following:
- Plan and facilitate core programming to advance the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
- Work collaboratively with peers to share program-related information and complete adventurous tasks that ignite a child's sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on the student's interests and talents.
- Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.
Here's what you'll need:
- Must have the verifiable education and/or experience that is required for childcare licensing by the state of Oklahoma.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
- Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
