Salary Range: starting at $19.00 per hour

Location: Elementary & Middle schools within Norman Public Schools
Schedule: The Site Director is expected to report at their site from 6:15 am until school begins, and from 15 minutes before school is released until 6:15 pm Monday - Friday. (No weekends!)

- Actual compensation is based on education and experience (the range is $19-$21 per hour).

You can meet the requirements in one of the following ways:
- 1050 hours of training and take the Master Teachers test (Must show proof of certificate)
- CDA
- CCP Credential
- 12 credit hours in ECE/CD/SA through CECPD
- Oklahoma certificate of Mastery
- Ensure the successful implementation of engaging programs that advance the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
- Work collaboratively with peers and our Leadership Team to share important program-related information with students, parents, and school administrators.
- Train AlphaBEST Group Leaders on how to complete adventurous tasks that ignite a child's sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on the student's interests and talents.
- Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
