Key Responsibilities
AB Ascend Program Management
- Serve as the internal champion for our debt-free education benefit program, driving employee engagement and participation.
- Manage all aspects of the application process, participant communication, and program administration.
- Develop and oversee the internal internship component, creating valuable growth opportunities for participants.
Career Development & Internal Mobility
- Lead the Career Concierge process, providing expedited pathways for internal candidates seeking new positions within the organization.
- Design and implement structured career pathways that integrate with our professional development program and Talent Marketplace.
- Facilitate regular career development workshops for all staff levels.
Talent Acquisition & Leadership Development
- Serve as primary recruiter for Regional Director and Support Team positions.
- Participate as faculty in the Leadership Learning Lab, delivering in-person and virtual courses on various leadership topics.
- Collaborate with HR, Innovation, and Learning & Development teams to align career development initiatives with organizational goals.
Program Administration & Analytics
- Manage state-mandated pay adjustment programs, ensuring compliance with reimbursement and repayment policies.
- Collect, analyze, and communicate key career development metrics including leadership pipeline health, internal mobility rates, and promotion readiness.
- Provide regular data-driven reports to company leadership to inform strategic workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in workforce development, career counseling, or talent management
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and career development frameworks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Experience in program management with demonstrated success in driving participation and engagement
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling narratives
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally across HR, Innovation, and Learning & Development
